Reiki is deeply relaxing and is integrative hands-on energy work for accelerated healing and support of your wellness on all levels. The practitioner channels from the abundant source of universal life force energy to replace depleted energies and support the release of stagnant energies.
Polarity Therapy ~ This can be combined with a massage. 60 and 90 minute sessions only.
Polarity Therapy is a hands-on energy-based bodywork used to address specific or general health concerns. The practitioner uses gentle, medium, and firm pressure touch to connect energy points throughout the body, supporting your energetic balance. The practitioner may also use quartz crystals to support the clearing and aligning of your energetic systems.
